The car wash manager is responsible for all areas of the car wash operation and reports to the convenience store manager. The car wash manager develops and maintains a team to insure outstanding customer service. The car wash manager is “hands-on” in the operation at all times ensuring that the employees are properly trained/coached and that our customers are satisfied with the entire car wash experience. The Manager is mechanically inclined, has a passion for customer service, and is a natural leader. The job duties of a car wash manager include but not limited to: Training employees Hiring and firing employees Scheduling Tracking and reconciling washes to sales Minor maintenance on car wash equipment Outside and inside maintenance Ordering chemical and reporting chemical inventory levels Clean equipment and car wash bay Keep employees busy Properly staffing for busy times Watching labor hours Dealing with customer complaints Payroll-Time cards
